If you’re an experienced eMail Marketer who enjoys developing and delivering sexy looking, high converting email campaigns and flows, this amazing opportunity could be the one for you. This role is flexible for the right candidate and can be part time, or full time.

What do you need?
  • At least a couple of years working in eCommerce (a MUST)
  • Experience developing and running email campaigns using Klaviyo (a MUST).
  • AB Testing
  • UTM tracking experience
  • SMS / Direct Marketing experience (This stuff we can teach)

Working alongside our co-founders & heads of department, you will be in direct communication with our ecommerce clients across a variety of different brands.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will liaise with our clients directly, building and maintaining strong client relationships acting as the gatekeeper and quality controller of work before work is sent to clients.

You will be responsible for providing fast, thorough and clear communication to clients, guiding them on email marketing best practices, monitoring and reporting on account performance, as well as keeping clients updated on WIP.

  • Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns 
  • Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimised, user and mobile friendly 
  • Implement A/B Testing on email campaigns
  • Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future testing 
  • Customise and pull marketing reports from CRM and other reporting tools 
  • Have a deep understanding of the client database to ensure all lists are correctly segmented to target marketing activities appropriately 
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the distribution team to ensure all marketing tactics move quickly and efficiently through build and approvals processes 
  • Understand and report digital metrics to clients
  • Work with client Account Managers to ensure all digital marketing campaigns comply with email best practice and privacy laws and meet clients expectations.
Skills & Experience
  • Current experience in an email and/or digital marketing role
  • Strong EDM experience including knowledge of enterprise email marketing platforms and email marketing best practices
  • Experience using a CRM platform (Klaviyo is a MUST)
  • Experience in customer database management and segmentation
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools with experience creating nurture content and journeys
  • Experience using digital reporting tools to deliver actionable insight
  • HTML & CSS (specifically understanding the constraints of email)
  • Ability to build strong relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication 
  • A strategic and analytical thinker with data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
